My name is Carlos Chuliá, I am a professional chef. I have worked in hospitality for more than 8 years now. I studied in the Basque Culinary Centre, and worked in michelin starred restaurants like Hisop(*), in Barcelona or De librije(***), in The Netherlands. When I finished my studies, I started working as Development chef for Kitchen Theory, I love cooking local, seasonal ingredients I can find in the Local Markets. I like to make something special out of food. Beautiful, tasty and fresh food is what I like to cook.

My specialities are fresh pasta, paella, market cuisine and also modern cuisine.
