Eddie has taken his style of cuisine from London all the way to the Yarra Valley. Chef Eddie has a passion to produce excellent quality dishes where he puts his heart and love into everything he makes using the best and finest local and important produce to make dishes that flirt with your taste buds. It is no wonder he has been labelled ‘The Regional Produce Chef!’

Best Winery Restaurant in the Yarra Valley at Tokar Estate
Michelin star at Rhodes in the square with Garry Rhodes in London
Honorable mention Good Food Guide for the Victorian Wine Room and voted best country restaurant at Hotel Shamrock – Bendigo (Eddie was the Head Chef)
Eddie appeared on Nine Networks national TV show ‘Fresh with Jason Roberts’
Eddie also fits in time to hold cooking classes and demonstrations at events such as the Royal Melbourne Show, the Bendigo Farmers Market and Vic Market as well as being an ambassador for many regional products and produce.
