I chose this job for passion and uncovering the world. Now i'd like my clients to try what i learned too and feel at home like in my restaurant.
My best dishes are pasta fresca and meat, and my great passion is enology. My life is made of travel, books and work, but now i would like to bring my inspiration and creativity home to the people, with products of only excellent quality and a certain return to origins.
