I'm please to introduce myself, I'm Fabio Guasco, born and raised in Italy, where I discovered the passion for food and turned it into career. I've been working for over 17 years, building my experience studying and discovering every day new techniques and different ways of cooking. I went to the most important culinary school in Genoa, after the diploma I decided to travel through different countries and environments, wich added to My style strongly based on Italian and mediterranean flavours, a little touch from other parts of the world.
