Professional Chef, whos passion for food strives to seeks enjoyment and satisfaction of his diners
With 19 years of Kitchen experience starting at the mare age of 14, in the pastry of a small family own Restaurant in the Pennines region of the north of England. After studying at Tameside College A-U-L and receiving my AVCE in Hospitality Management, Food Prep and Cooking, I had a variety of jobs in various restaurants some with rosette accolades. I then moved on to Cruise ships in which I had my greatest achievement of reaching Executive Chef at 29 years old. After three and half successfully years as Executive Chef I want to move back to the land as I started a Family. We decided to move to Costa del sol in Spain, and have been work for the beach club Nikki Beach for the past year.
Is a lifestyle that I'd choosen from an early age, I felt it in my bones.
As I realised if you learn to master it you can make people happy very easily.
