Dear Gourmets,
May I introduce myself. I am Isabel, originally born in Brazil. After moving to Spain in 2008 I decided to study to be a chef at culinary school at Pais Vasco, where I graduated. This lead me to a 10 year international career in professional kitchen, including 5 years with the Masterchef Martin Berassategui, where I learned to work and cook as a chef creating and developing recipes and menus of various styles.
