I originally trained in classical cuisine at a Hotel-school in Barcelona.

Spent some time with Michelin star chefs where attention to detail was king.

Travelled Asia for 5 years to infuse myself with their knowledge.

Built up a robust repertoire of plant-based recipes during my 3 years as a vegan.

I also have experience in ketogenic, macrobiotic, gluten free and allergen-friendly foods.

I am a curious, playful and creative chef.

I offer one of a kind food experiences tailored to the guests.

From an indulgent gourmet feast to a refreshingly healthy meal, you can count on me.

I currently work as a chef consultant worldwide, although from time to time I still like to cook privately.
