After acquiring his studies as a chef in 2005, Juan Antonio joined the restaurant Alejandro del Toro (*Michelin) as an intern, and got promoted as chef de partie in 2006. In 2007, looking for a new challenge, he joined Laika (Valencia) to work as Chef de Partie for a year, and then decided to chase the excellence and joined in 2008 one of the best chefs in the world, Martin Berasategui (7* Michelin stars). After one year, he was ready to move into the next challenge, becoming chef de partie at Oscar Torrijos (*Michelin).

All these experiences enriched Juan Antonio's cuisine, but there was still something missing: travelling to find inspirations from other cuisines. Therefore, Juan Antonio decided to move to Hong Kong, working along David Izquierdo (sous chef at El Bulli, 3* Michelin), before moving to London, where he has been working during the off-season since 2016.

His cuisine is modern, with Asian touches but always respecting the technique and classic flavors of the traditional cuisine. The chef loves to bring all his expertise to the table on a intimate event with his private clients, where his guests can enjoy his food, having a great time at their home.
