I am an executive sous chef with over 26 years experience in five star, five diamond hotels and cruise line in several international destinations including Sandals and Beaches international resorts and Millennium Cruise Line. I studied culinary arts at the West Minister Kingsway College in the UK. Over the past 6 years I have had the pleasure of serving as private chef to several visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands and private caterer to private airlines.
