A classically trained award winning chef focussed on providing a refined culinary experience.

A native of Alderley Edge, Lancashire, Nicholas found his calling to cuisine while growing up in his father's bistro. He enrolled in the renowned Carlett Park Institute in Cheshire and embraced his new career with passion. Upon graduation he worked in at the Bowler Hat Hotel serving traditional historic british cuisine and it was during this time he cooked for HRH Prince Andrew, Duke Of York as well as many actors of stage and screen. After many years in the United Kingdom, Nicholas moved to Boca Raton, Florida to open his own restaurant 'The Boca Place Bistro', a seafood restaurant catering to the central business district. Nicholas then sold his restaurant and moved to Madrid to be closer to his family, challenging himself with a new chapter in his career mixing his love for Seafood, Classic French and Spanish fine dining.
