Private Chef In Ibiza
I am a professional chef of 7 years, I have worked in fine dining restauarnts to private villas in Ibiza and Spain. My relationship with food is about flavour, colour and spice. I take inspiration from my origin and transform dishes into contemporary crafted plates. Born a British/Indian, with roots set in both eastern and western cultures. Food was always a focal point at home and I began learning how to cook as a teenage. My love and passion for food came into action much later on in life, where I took my passion for food to a professional level by working in kitchens. I started to experiment with what was taught to me traditionally and applying it to contemporary food.
My style applies keys ingredients from authentic persian and eastern cooking to a modern day plate. I also design healthy, colourful breakfast, lunch and dinner suited to a mediterranean palette. I am a versatile chef that can cook, health conscious dishes to fusion dining plates and custom menus, selecting the finest ingredients, locally sourced and served with a smile.
