Chef Roberto was absolutely amazing. I've hired chefs before in different countries, and he was probably the best I've ever worked with. The menu is creative and expensive, with far more food than we could ever handle. His expertise with the suckling pig was like nothing I've ever experienced before I would hire this guy in a minute great food, gracious personality, and a real joy to work with

Roberto and his assistant were amazing!!!!! Engaging, friendly, funny, talented, and so much more. We would recommend him to everyone! The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. A great amount of food, (that alone is worth the money), plus the experience makes this even more worth it. Thank you so much Roberto! Hopefully will be booking again very soon!

Roberto was wonderful from start to finish. Great communication and the meal he prepared for us made a 60th Birthday dinner very very special, totally relaxed and enjoyable. Lovely menu, the food was varied, plentiful and so so delicious. A lovely man with a great personality and a delight to have at the Villa cooking for us. The experience from booking, to getting the menu, to calling Roberto for the first time and discussing the evening to the actual night and meal themselves was perfect! Roberto & Brigida are excellent chefs and they really made our night special for our friend's 40th birthday in Sardinia.
