I am the Executive Chef for a group of restaurants in Palma, but this has given me the opportunity to also showcase my skills on a more private, intimate scale, delivering 5* star food to peoples homes.
All menus are my own, a mix of my favourite recipes from my travels through many kitchens, continents & cultures.
All menus can be adapted to dietary requirements & allergies.
