I am a professional chef from London, working within the industry for 10+ years and have had an intense passion and yearning for food ever since I could begin to make my bearings within this world. I remember by 2nd birthday cake like it was yesterday, it was so beautiful! I have always has a keen sense for food, especially taking interest more recently in dietary special foods, due to the ever changing global palettes and as a child, growing up with my own compromised diet. I have been fascinated by food ever since I can remember and it has taken me to Michelin star restaurants in London and most dearly to an incredible luxury hotel in Normandy. I have always had a special love for pastry, so spent the majority of my working life on pastry sections and in bakeries throughout my career, and upon completing culinary school, went on to study Culinary Arts at university, in savoury cuisine. My culinary education opened up a world of opportunity for me, and in turn had the privilege of cooking for the Queen on two separate occasions. In 2016 I decided to moved to Berlin to taste another side of life here, and enjoy it thoroughly. Upon arrival I became vegetarian, and so in turn have turned my culinary prospects around to cater my new diet and to explore another realm of cuisine that wasn't as accessible in London. I have now lived in Berlin for almost 5 years working in different vegan and vegetarian based restaurants, and working as a Head Chef began in the industry for me within the past 2 years. I started ,my own cupcake business at the age of 18, and have more plans to expand upon my own enterprises in the future.
