I am a professional Chef, currently employed for an English private hotel company. I have 16 years of experience in the culinary arts. I previously worked for Harrods working with lots of different ingredients and kitchen styles and Michel Roux 2 Michelin star chef in the restaurant Roux at the landau, Langham hotel. I have studied catering school then graduated in southgate college London.

I also had the chance to work for events of identita golose where all the best chefs in the world meet and make pop ups, including Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Cerea brothers, Crippa, Esposito and many others.

I moved to Brasil and lived there for 1 year to learn about tropical ingredients.

My expertise cusine styles: Italian, pizza , Mediterranean, classic French, Brazilian, barbecue and grill. Some skills for sushi and oriental cuisine.
