My passion is plantbased cooking - creating new recipes and adapting recipes using only plantbased ingredients. I love to show people how delicious plantbased food is - for people already eating a plantbased diet, to make them feel treated in a world where they are not always catered for; and for everyone else, to tempt them to consider alternative ways of eating, other than meat and dairy, in a non-confrontational way.

I'm happy to cater plantbased and vegan events, and also provide supplementary catering for vegan delegates at events. For supplementary catering, I will develop and deliver a vegan menu to complement the menu available for all delegates, covering all meals offered

I'm a self-taught cook and have developed my skills through Rouxbe Culinary School and Blue Lotus Learning Centre in Thailand
