Hello dear Guest! My name is Malcolm and I come from Malta, I have over 25 years of experience in cooking as a professional chef. I started my studies back in 2000 where I took a 4 year course to complete a food and preparation Diploma. I worked in many renowned hotels such as Gleneagles hotel in Scotland and Hilton hotels in Malta and Germany. My favourite cuisines are Mediterranean, French and Italian, and with such combination, I create a wonderful fusion of taste and flavour.
