I am Sakis. I'm a professional chef born and raised in Athens, Greece with over 14 years of experience in the culinary world. Food has long been a true passion. I started my culinary studies in my city, Athens. I continued my experience working in hotels and restaurants in Crete and Mykonos for many years.

Private cooking for some villas in Mykonos gave to my cuisine the opportunity to reflect all corners of the globe and bring the best culinary experience to my clients.

Craving a change from the island life, I travelled to Greenwich,NYC to work as a VIP private chef for some months.

My cooking style is varied and combined with Mediterranean, traditional Greek and Italian flavours.

I love quality ingredients and natural yet distinctive flavours.

I also have a passion for outdoor cooking . I am excited to cook in nature, on a boat next to the sea or on a rock in a snowy mountain.

One of the best chef out there . He has organize amazing food plan for us. The quality of the food was amazing..

There are not enough words to praise Chef Sakis. He was absolutely fantastic. His food was beyond delicious so much more than we could have asked for. Nothing was too much of an ask, he made our event so so special. He was the perfect professional providing us with the most impeccable service. He surprised us with little details that just made it even more magical. We cannot recommend him enough. The best of the best. Thank you for evening you did for us.

Overall amazing experience!

The experience we had with Sakis was from the beginning to the end simply amazing. The communication was very easy and he was very courteous with our wishes. He adapted all our wishes for the menu and even prepared a vegan menu for one of us. He was perfectly on time and not only very kind but also we barely noticed him and his colleague because they blended in so quietly and were two heartwarming personalities. Now to the food: Not only was the food very nicely presented, it also tasted amazing- every single dish we had. He really thought the menu through and every bight was a delight with exceptional details. Every single one of our dinner was more than satisfied and we all would recommend him instantly. Also the kitchen was left spotlessly clean. If you want to have an amazing, nice, punctual chef who adapts to your wishes and cooks amazing Sakis is definitely the chef to choose! We cannot wait to come back to Greece to have another dinner with him:)!
