Hard to remember, impossible to forget

Working in a kitchen can be stressful, challenging, fun, but above everything else it has the power to change your day. Food, when done well, can change a person's attitude for the better. I have been fortunate to witness such changes in my restaurant (which held top place on Tripadvisor for three years in a row 2017-2020 in its category and location)

I could not see myself doing anything else besides bringing people joy through food. This pleasure allows me to maintain a positive attitude, an open mind and hold myself to the highest standards.

I am positive and show great enthusiasm, which brings for great results.
