Chef Cathrina Paula Manalo

I have been a chef for more than 12 years now and have worked with different restaurants. My experience summary focuses mainly on my culinary journey as a student back in 2012 at the Academy for International Culinary Arts. After being an intern at Hyatt Hotel Manila, I got a call from the sous chef of a cook position as a contractual employee. After being hired by an agency, Hyatt Hotel was my first job experience in the culinary field. After my contract ended, I joined a cruise ship by Norwegian Cruise Line traveling to different Mediterranean countries across Europe. After garnering knowledge and skills from my experience, I became a culinary instructor in a small culinary school in Dumaguete City starting from a Junior Instructor to becoming a Senior Instructor. After, I was offered the job of head chef in a dive resort in Dauin Negros Oriental. I took the challenge and learned tremendously from the position.
