Young well educated professional chef with 5 years of international culinary experience.
Intrigued by visuals and flavours, I began my career at Win-Stone School of Culinary Arts- where I graduated at age 17 soon after my schooling at Trinity College (Kandy). Thereafter, I pursued my masters in hospitality administration management at Boston University in 2015- excelling with cum laude then after working at Hilton Colombo.
At present, I am based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates since 2017 with a total of 3 years of experience in the international culinary field, and currently working at Ena Restaurant, Palm Jumeirah
