I got my Diploma in Hospitality Management in 2013. During my course I met great chefs and colleagues. I even had a chance to work in top restaurants and hotels around the country like the Java House Africa and Hilton Worldwide. I am currently in Dubai and I enjoy exploring the huge selection of produce from all over the world.

...at about 4 years from influencers like Alice Taabu of the Tv show “Mke Nyumbani” & my mother was big on trying out new recipes from her magazines
