I got my Diploma in Hospitality Management in 2013. During my course I met great chefs and colleagues. I even had a chance to work in top restaurants and hotels around the country like the Java House Africa and Hilton Worldwide. I am currently in Dubai and I enjoy exploring the huge selection of produce from all over the world.
