My name is Pankaj , am a chef working in UAE since last 10 years ,i worked at an American sports bar ,local Arabic hotels , and internationally acclaimed 5 star flag ship hotel in America , UK and india .
I have experience in pre opening hotels , catering , managing multi-cuisine all day dinners , steakhouse , Mexican restaurant , coffee shops and normal day to day operations of a five star FnB operations.
