I am a professional chef with a passion for trying fusion cooking. I got my Diploma in Culinary Arts from Dubai and I am well-versed in Pan-Asian Cuisines. I also pride myself in making fresh pasta. My favorite cuisines are Thai, Chinese, Indian and Pakistani. I am also a trained Barista and love to experiment with different coffee recipes in my spare time.

Chef Yusra Ahmed was very engaging and she took the time to really understand what we were looking for. She tailored the menus to our needs and "interviewed" us as to our preferences. She even threw in some very nice surprises. Here portioning was perfect, and her flavors were very mature. Her engagement while cooking was very well-balanced, intuitive, and never invasive.
