Highly motivated passionate young chef
I am a young chef working in the Glass Garden restaurant Hotel Schloss Mönchstein in Salzburg. I come from South Africa originally where I trained under some of the countries best chefs. I am extremely grateful for every new opportunity I can take to learn something new in the kitchen and then being able to satisfy my guests whether in the restaurant or at home.
