Passionate about food, culinarily obsessed always looking to learn and create. I’m very critical of myself in the kitchen and strife for perfection.
I am an experienced chef with over 17+ yrs working in restaurants and fine corporate dining. I am highly driven and motivated to continue learning and growing as a chef.
I mainly focus on International cuisine, fusion and American bistro, as well as creating new and innovative menus.
I’ve spent the last few years of my career working corporate which I loved. My last position at JP Morgan Chase was training sous chef for executive dining, I also maintained the bi-weekly pop up.

I started cooking young watching my family. I really got into it after my very first job at Pizza Hut, I was so meticulous. It was instant love.
A role model in the kitchen is...
I can’t really say I've a role model . I admire many chefs techniques and creativity. I guess Thomas Keller is a source of great inspiration for me.
A cooking secret...
I think the secret is to never sacrifice quality for any reason. Problem solving in the kitchen on the fly is #1. There is no excuse for bad food.
