Chef Tomas and his sous chef/friend were incredible. I wrote a review on trustpilot but also wanted to write one here. They had every detail accounted for. Explaining each course before we started, when my father mentioned to me he needed a bottle opener - 10 seconds later they come out with one. The food was incredible, the seabass ceviche, tuna tartar with avocado & mango, the seafood main with rice, the chocolate dessert and the incredible addition they made with a taste of local port. It was a great experience and I would put 100% faith in Tomas & his sous chef, I chose them initially due to the quick response time and ability to amend the menu as I wanted. They delivered so much more. They also left the kitchen far more clean then when they arrived!!! My father is a difficult man to impress and they made our UK father's day exceptional. Thank you so much.
Carissa was excellent. The dishes were expertly prepared and she was so easy to work with in designing the menu. It was such a treat to not have to worry about anything - especially clean up. Our guests were thoroughly impressed.

Chef Jeremy was just hands down amazing. He had to prepare lunch and dinner for a picky crowd. Some ate fish, some didn't, some red meat, some not. Gluten and dairy restrictions...we had it all! And he navigated through like it was no problem at all. He was so calm and collected and gave us a great selection every time. We were always so excited to see what was going to be presented and all 15 of us were happy, hungry eaters. He was always ready with the food, even when we were a bit delayed. He never seemed to sweat anything we threw at him. Food was delicious and we will definitely be using him again in the future!

Booked Chef Luis for a special Menorcan Dinner - blown away by his and his assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism. The food was amazing and the best meal of the holiday by some way. Well worth the expense.
