I’m a young professional and passionate of Hospitality with background of Hospitality school and Food Family Culture (Mediterranean and Countryside).
First, I spent 5 years in French Hospitality School, I’ve been trained by professional of Hospitality Industry (cook, service, reception).
Second, food is a culture in my family. My father side is from the countryside, we eat local food, fresh veggies and meat. My mother side is Mediterranean food, a mix of origins with color and spices.
I’m currently working in restaurant, I did Chef as full time before, but I miss cooking my own dish.
