My passion for food makes me cook any cuisine. Having a Patagonian background, Asado is one of my favourites, on a Pit or Hibachi, same charcoal, similar method. Mexican/Asian fusion is being my business for the last past years, also my menus according with my clients preferences. My goal also as a single father is having more spare time for fatherhood, food creation and new online projects. I never stop learning about. I'm also an Economist, and former corporate bank manager.
