International Savory & Pastry chef with knowledge of different cuisines and dietaries
Originally from Scotland I have been working in kitchens for the last ten years. My passion for different cuisines has made me travel and work in different countries. I have learned to make pasta in Italy, trained as a sashimi chef in Japan and started my pastry career in France.
My last job was running the pastry section in Australias No1 hotel and before that I have worked in high end restaurants, wineries, private chefs for holiday and help open 2 successful restaurants.
I am incredibly passionate about what I do and am happy to create personal menus and pass on any tips, tricks and stories while I cook.
