Michelin trained chef passionate for food & artistic creations
I am a chef with a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts, I was born in Mexico and have been travelling all around the world thanks to this industry.
From the Intercontinental Mexico City to the Westin Charlotte in the USA I have plenty of experience with events and working close to people.
I have also worked for Royal Caribbean International specialized in Asian Cuisine and before that I was trained in one of the best restaurants in France with two Michelin Stars right in Nice, I have cooked for the best personalities and leaders from the world.
I enjoy sharing my passion for food and creating new dishes for clients.
