Gourmet food and excellent personalized service

Graduated as a gastronomic professional at the IAG, in Buenos Aires Argentina

I decided to move to Berlin and bring my Argentinian style of cooking blended with the European cuisine.

And now its time to meet the Australian gastronomy, here I had the placer of work in Bentleys Restaurant one of the top 10 in Australia.

Between the others restaurants were I worked, the most important to me were, L'Atelier Bistro (French food) and Naná (Spanish food with Hernán Gipponi), and Ottenthal (Austric restaurant in Berlin)

I also gave many baking and general cooking classes for beginners and advanced.

I started to be interested in cooking since I was a boy in my house, helping and cooking with my mom. Discovering my passion for cooking and service during meals with friends and family. Taking it later to the real world.

I chose the option of working as a private chef since I like to be able to give a personal treatment, and that each diner and each dish has the attention it deserves.
