I am a reliable Mexican Qualified Chef, i grow up in my mom's Farm we used to create all our product with natural plants, and own a Mexican Traditional Fonda (Mexican typical restaurant)
I Start cooking when i was 6 years hold and while the time pass i fall in live more of the culinary art.
I have move in Australia 4.5 years ago, i have studied in Brisbane, Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma in Hospitality Management.
I have been working as Chef 3 years now and my specialty is still Mexican Food, either way i have experience with Japanese cuisine and Vegan and Raw ingredients.
