For me to cooking is not just to cook something, but to leave a trace, to create a memory, so later the people to share what they experienced
Over the years I have gone through different professional fields, but I have always lived with the feeling that cooking is my vocation and what I really want to do. The need for improvement prompted me to enroll and study Culinary Arts.
I had the opportunity to travel on personal and professional occasions and to visit countries from almost all continents (Asia, America, Europe). These adventures allowed me to touch the culture of different peoples, their understanding of how food should be cooked and served. Driven by the feeling that a Chef must be curious and try new things, I strolled through local markets and researched products. I ate quite a few tasty things, and not quite as tasty and easy to swallow as the Filipino Balut.
