I am a professional chef, with 15 years restaurant experience. I studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, and have been working in Michelin star restaurants in Napa Valley, Chicago, and London, UK. I am born and raised in Nova Scotia, and am excited to share my culinary passion with my home town.
