Cuisine enthusiast, I seek perfection in every dish!
I have always been cooking since I was little. It started with my mother and grandmother as I grew up on home cooking and European style food. (Perogies, borscht, potato latkes etc)
I also lived in Mexico for almost a year while in university where I learned how to make many local dishes from abuelas and fell in love with that cuisine.
I went to PACC Pearson academy in lasalle. My first job was at a big fine dining Italian restaurant Bice. Very soon after I had the amazing opportunity to work for a tiny restaurant at lunch Bouillon Bilk which turned into supper and a few years :) After Bouillon I worked a very small amount of time at Chasse et peche. I then found a small restaurant with open kitchen and chalkboard menu Ludger where I became sous chef.
After Ludger I opened a sandwicherie/ mini boulangerie called Marche La Pantry where I made all my own bread, charcuterie and canned products viennoiserie etc. Based mostly on local,farmers and organic product.
And right before moving here worked at Mckiernans for the joe beef/maison publique crew.

My style is I guess very Montréal from fine dining to comfort food with international influences.
