I am a hard working a nd dedicated professional chef with over 14 years of experience. Having worked in both the east coast and the west coast of Canada I have been exposed to the beautiful ingredients this country has to offer. From Alberta Prime beef to Bay of Fundy lobsters how can one not be excited about the ingredients at our disposal.
French trained with a Filipino background and a love of Asian cuisine, my main objective when creating dishes is creating memories thru flavours and textures. My love of food has led me to become the person I have always wanted to become.
