I just love cooking great quality food and delivery memorable experiences to the people who I'm serving.
I competed in a culinary competition in grade 12 and won free tuition to my first year of cullinary collage at NBCC St. Andrews where I enjoyed my studies for that one year from 2009 to 2010. Unfortunatly I didnt return the second year as I was young and nieve and also not giving my talents the attention they deserved.
I've cooked in everything from hole in the wall pubs to steak houses to fine dining hotels making 150 dollar plates all over the maritimes and in bc and Alberta.
I live to cook and feed people. It simply makes me happy and I'm not to shabby at it. give me a shot and you won't be disappointed.
