Award winning Chef, and 1 part of a husband and wife chef duo, with a love of fresh and vibrant dishes.
I am a professional Chef, with 20 years of culinary experience.
After studying in the Culinary institute of Canada, I left to travel canada cooking in Calgary AB, PEI and Vancouver BC.
While in Vancouver I was lucky enough to work with Andrea Carlson in Bishops during her 3 year run as the top restaurant in Vancouver. I then was sous chef under Rob Clark in NU restaurant.
I then was catering sous chef for the opening team of Railtown Cafe and Catering.
Most recently I have just returned from Dubai where I was working for 6 successful years for Hilton as head chef for banqueting and cluster executive sous chef for Movenpick. Both jobs garnered awards and accolades.
Afterwards I moved on to First central hotel where I was able to create the restaurant concept Beastro a fun fast casual restaurant that centered around modern and contemporary takes on comfort food.

A cooking secret...
Lemons, good salt, a comfortable pair of shoes, and a positive and open atmosphere. At the end of the day I love making good food for people.

We loved having Patrick and his wife, Mandana, with us for New Years Eve. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would have them again in a heartbeat! We had a Japanese style dinner and our favorite was the king crab fried rice.
