I work in a 4+ star hotel in Switzerland.
My education was at vegchef Scandinavia in Sweden after wich I went to different internships in restaurants across Stockholm and in Barcelona, my passion is vegetables and all the things that can be done with them. I have worked at a vegan bakery so just ask me if you would like an indulgent dessert or a birthday cake
