I was born and raised in the south of France, I started cooking at an early age with my aunt and uncle.
I am a culinary trained in french cuisine. My repertoire ranges from contemporary to traditional.
My passion for travel, food, and photography has taken me to the most amazing places in the world.
Strong pan- Asian influence due to an amazing crush with southeast Asia.
The lasts 12 years she was tangled between Private chefing on yacht and villa and working in top-end restaurants in the 5 continents.
Three years ago when she connected with Colombia and opened her Bistrot "home sweet home" in bogota.
Now back in Europe between London & Cote d'Azur to provide all my services
