Get to know me better

Food is my religion !

Of course I love food. Of course I cook. But I mostly love to share.

So what about me I am a confirmed professional Chef with more than many years of experiences in star Michelin restaurants.

I did my classes in the famous Alma school "ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di cucina Italiana in Parma which is located in heart of the Food Valley in Italy.

I use to travel a lot so I've got most of my inspiration trough my travel.

I try to use as much as I can seasonal and sustainable products.

I have also strong technical skills , extensive knowledge of Italian and French gastronomic culture and close follower of new trends in global gastronomy.

I did also the Pasta World Championship in 2017, so if you want know everything about pasta you will be with the right person !

What else ? I am into permaculture indeed I did also my Permaculture Design Certificate ans I would be happy to share my knowledge with customer about healthy and sustainable food !
