I am a professional chef, with a bachelor's degree in food science and gastronomy lectured in Barcelona. Worked at the 2 Michelin Star restaurant "Disfrutar", and for the single Michelin Star "Dos Palillos" restaurant among others.
I am fluent in English, and native in Spanish.
My expertise are any kind of rice recepies such as different Paella's, or risotto, But I can cook everything really.
Spanish high gastronomy recepies are my favourite ones to prepare.
