I love making and eating food, but more than that I love making people happy with my food.
I have been a professional chef working in restaurants for over 10 years. I went to culinary school in Culinary Institute of America in NY, but was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. I love eating Japanese comfort food the most, but I love cooking many different cuisines. I think food is the ultimate way of getting to know a culture or people, and being a chef is a dream job for me.
