I am an extremely passionate and driven individual, for me, my customers satisfaction is top priority.
I have cooked practically every day for the past at least 30 years. Cooking for me is not just a job, it’s what I was created to do.
I have extensive knowledge in different cooking techniques, I generally use the French technique as I studied in France (Gastronomicom Culinary Academy), but for the past 2 years I have been a culinary instructor in cooking without recipes here in Costa Rica.
