I have been working as a chef for 7 years and I have specialized in asian, mediterranean and traditional costarrican food. Also because of the restaurant I founded I have become almost a profesional in vegan, vegetarian, healthy and macrobiotic food, Making the vegan food great again, keeping the great traditional recipes that happen to be vegan, even though I'm not a vegan myself.
