Chef Dania was absolutely incredible. I could not have chosen a better Chef. She was punctual, engaging, attentive and an absolute delight to be around. I loved her excitement about her cooking and the joy and love she put into her dishes. The presentation was phenomenal and the flavors were exceptional.. I wish I could bring her to the states to cook for us all of time. She is absolutely the best.

Chef Aaron González was excellent from start to finish. He communicated beforehand so we knew exactly what to expect. He was very engaging while he prepared our dishes.
