Having been very privileged to of cooked in some of the best restaurants in Sydney over the past 15yrs ranging from Seafood to Thai to Sardinian, I have always had a love for food and everything about it. In the later part of my career I was Head Chef at one of Sydneys best boutique catering firms, from here I went to peoples incredible homes, rural properties, luxury yachts and work premises and produced high end restaurant style food with a high level of professionalism.
