I earned a degree in gastonomy from the Instituto Professionale Alberghiero "De Filippi” in the Italian city of Varese, and later i received the prestigious “Buona Cucina 2014” award from the Accademia Italiana della Cucina.
As an executive chef, I hold positions in the US, Dubai, Ireland, Switzerland, France and of course Italy. In the Czech Republic, I am acknowledged as a main promoters and defenders of high-quality Italian cooking
By using fresh, high-quality ingredients, my aim is to bring a new dimension of Italian cooking. I offer elegant, uncomplicated cuisine, but above all, a delightful culinary and visual experience.
