Passionate about giving an authentic experience through technique, and ingredients that uphold the integrity of both dish and culture of origin.
I am a nutritionist originally from New York and have developed a multi faceted understanding of food and how to enjoy it. My travels through Asia, Africa and Europe have provided me with a perspective that only fuels my desire to share the knowledge I have acquired over the years. My background in nutrition enables me to cook an enjoyable meal guilt free as well as educate my clients on how to best obtain the food lifestyle they desire. I cater to an array of diets such as, paleo, low carb, and keto and have been known to never cook the same meal twice.
In truth, I could talk about food all day and perceive well stocked markets as my own personal wonderlands. The prospect of combining my love of food, nutrition and teaching make me impatient to share my culinary talent
